Recruitment Drive at Iqra University - Islamabad Campus - Highlights

Recruitment Team Islamabad visited IQRA University for the on-campus recruitment drive. It was indeed a result oriented session with current students and alumni of IQRA University. Students from different disciplines participated and showed keen interest to become a part of the leading BPO in Pakistan. Participation in UMT JOB Fair- Lahore Campus - Highlights

Recruitment Team Lahore visited University of Management Sciences to participate in the on-campus Job Fair. The purpose was to attract potential resource through different activities & carrying Brand promotion of IBEX side by side.

The event took place on November 30, 2017. Our team members conducted on the spot interviews for various positions in order to generate a pool of effective resources.

Side by side, the brand promotion was carried out by playing different IBEX videos on the LCD. UMT Senior Management came to visit the IBEX Global stall at the fair. Mr. Faisal Nihal - Sr. Manager Recruitment & Compliance has a good discussion with them about the job market and successful event of the UMT job fair. He also talked about the scope and dynamics of IBEX business along with future growth prospects of the BPO industry. Moreover, IBEX giveaways such as dairies, notepads, and keychains were given to those who were good at explaining themselves during the question answer session along with the guests who visited the IBEX stall.

It was truly an amazing experience and we look forward to participate such Industry-Academia Linkage in the future as well.
